Forklift Masts for Pneumatic Forklifts

Commonly utilized in delivery plants, the pneumatic lift truck or pallet vehicle, may be used to carry materials that are positioned on top of pallets. A pneumatic forklift usually has a set of steel forks mounted on a wheeled counterweight that also has a pump. The pump is used to elevate and lower the forks.

It is essential to visually check the pallet lift prior to loading any materials and to make certain the handles move fluently, the pallet lift turns correctly, and the lift is clear of any potential obstructions. Check the freight to make sure that there will be minimal opportunities for anything to fall off in the course of lifting and transport. Discharge any air in the pump and let down the forks to the ground by squeezing the handle installed on the inside of the steel ring on the end of the lever. Run the blades into the slots in the pallet and ensure the forks are centered so that the pallets' mass is evenly dispersed.

By pumping the pneumatic jack handle the blades will go up from the floor. Once there is full clearance, you can discontinue pumping as there is no need to lift the jack anymore. To move the pallet lift, you may drag the handle behind you. It is not recommended to push the pallet truck. There will be a large amount of momentum existing. Refrain from quick or sharp turns and you should not stop too swiftly. Gently bring the pallet to a halt where you would like to park it. Squeeze the handle inside the grip end to restore the forks to the floor. Withdraw the blades and return the pallet lift to a suitable parking area or continue onto the next job.
